crtckex Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crtckex ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the crtckex platform available at https://crtckex.net (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered via the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, crash and instant games, live casino tables, and any promotional or bonus offers. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

crtckex operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for adult players residing in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. References to "account" throughout these Terms mean the personal player account created by you upon completing the registration process on the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on crtckex, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The crtckex platform is strictly an adults-only service. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing such services would constitute a violation of applicable local, national, or international law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the crtckex platform or any platform operated by a related entity.
• You do not currently hold and will not attempt to open more than one active account on crtckex. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You undertake to promptly notify crtckex of any changes to your registered details.

crtckex reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Section 3

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. crtckex will never ask you to reveal your full password by any means, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from crtckex that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All activity that occurs through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. crtckex cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from your knowingly or unknowingly sharing your login details with a third party.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Settings menu to add a second layer of protection to your login process.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on any other website or application.
• Never share your account credentials, session tokens, or 2FA codes with any other person.
• Always log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify crtckex support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

crtckex employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception or misuse of data resulting from factors outside its reasonable control.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on the crtckex platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crtckex supports the following local and international payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

crtckex does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside crtckex's control. Withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC identity check before funds are released. Processing times listed above are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to banking system maintenance windows.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit that funded the balance being withdrawn, to the extent technically possible. crtckex reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent. Funds deposited via a method that is later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotion Terms

From time to time, crtckex may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each eligible promotion is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: crtckex reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of collusive play to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.

crtckex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before a modification takes effect will generally be afforded the terms active at the time of their opt-in, at the Company's discretion.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the crtckex platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account on the crtckex platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets at a speed or scale not achievable by a human player acting manually.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in a way that gains an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the placement of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of placing bets or conducting any financial transaction.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward crtckex staff or other players via any communication channel.

crtckex employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual compliance review to monitor for prohibited conduct. The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records in response to lawful requests.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

crtckex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable specific promotion terms.
• crtckex has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The player fails to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe following a request from the Company.
• The player has applied for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or has requested account closure directly.
• crtckex determines that continued operation of the account would constitute a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.

Where an account is closed by crtckex due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) that are not subject to any ongoing investigation or dispute will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed in the normal course.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crtckex, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues that prevent access to the Platform or result in the premature termination of a game or bet.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, mobile money operators, or banking institutions.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit crtckex's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. Where crtckex is found liable for any claim, its aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crtckex makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. crtckex reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
